Terms of Service

Free preview.You may generate one guest report at no cost. The free report shows 3 fully detailed guest matches out of 10 total. Guests 4–10 are visible in summary form (name, title, and score) but episode concepts, warm invites, and sponsor matches require a paid plan. Free accounts cannot re-generate reports.

Monthly plan — $12/month.Unlocks all 10 guest matches, full episode details, live sponsor matching, and media kit export. Unlimited report generation. Billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime from your Stripe billing portal — access continues through the end of your paid period.

Lifetime plan — $99 one-time. Same features as the monthly plan. One payment, permanent access. No recurring charges.

Prices are in USD. We may adjust pricing for new customers; existing plan holders keep their price.

Both the monthly and lifetime plans are eligible for a full refund if both of the following conditions are met:

1. Your request is made within 7 calendar days of payment.
2. You have not generated any paid reports (guest re-generation, show valuation, or sponsor discovery) since upgrading.

Once you generate your first paid report, the refund window closes regardless of how many days have passed. This is because report generation consumes AI and web-search resources that cannot be recovered.

If eligible, contact us at support@podgreenroom.com and we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

After the refund window:No refunds are available on either plan. For the monthly plan, you may cancel at any time to stop future charges, but the current month’s payment is not refundable.

Both paid plans include unlimited report generation — guest scoring, show valuations, and sponsor discovery. We reserve the right to introduce fair-use limits in the future if necessary, with advance notice.

You own your data. We store your uploaded contacts, podcast profile, and generated reports to provide the Service. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as necessary to operate the Service (e.g., AI providers for report generation, Stripe for payment processing).

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@podgreenroom.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

LinkedIn data:You are responsible for ensuring your use of exported LinkedIn connections complies with LinkedIn’s terms of service. We process the data you provide but do not access LinkedIn directly.

Guest recommendations, episode threads, warm invites, sponsor matches, show valuations, and media kits are generated by AI. While we design our prompts for accuracy and usefulness, AI output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or suggestions that don’t reflect current reality. Always verify sponsor information, company details, and contact approaches before acting on them.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome from using our recommendations — including guest bookings, sponsorship deals, or revenue figures.
